Please
follow these instructions carefully:
1.) If
your cylinder that needs to be resleeved or bored has a power valve,
you must remove the power valve and linkage parts. Clean the power
valve and be sure to include the power valve
complete assembly in the shipment so it can be refitted to
the cylinder after resleeving. Midway Machine does not reinstall the
power valve
after resleeving. Midway Machine will charge $15 for any power valve
removal.
2.) Remove manifold, reed valve assemblies, and all covers. DO NOT include in shipment. Extra charges will apply if Midway Machine removes.
3.) Remove all cylinder studs. We charge $2.00 per stud removal and $15.00 for repair per stud hole (for thread insert) if studs are broken during removal. Customer is responsible for obtaining new studs.
4.) Remove all gasket material from top and bottom of cylinder. Extra charge will apply if WE remove.
5.) Carefully package your cylinder for shipment. It is advised to double box your cylinder for additional protection. WE are not responsible for incoming damage to cylinder. We are not responsible for any parts that are not packaged properly, nor liable for any parts that are lost due to improper packaging or shipping.
